In recent years, we have been able to enjoy a large number of great Drum and Bass festivals around the world. However, given the current situation in the world, we can only hope that as many of them as possible will take place. Let's take a look at the 10 best of them in our opinion.
10. Innovation In The Dam (18.-20. November)
The indoor one of the pair of major Innovation festivals has moved from the February date to the November date, so it should almost certainly take place. It is a jump-up festival with a long tradition and a fantastic Dutch rave atmosphere.
9. Beats For Love (1.-4. July)
The largest dance festival in the heart of Europe offers more than 15 stages of various genres (and is thus the only multi-genre festival in our ranking), but DnB plays a major role here. The lineup already includes names such as Sub Focus, Andy C, Maduk, A.M.C, State of Mind, René Lavice, who will perform on both the main and DnB stages. And all this in a unique industrial complex and in the city where people love DnB.
8. Let it Roll Winter (18.-19. April)
Another indoor festival, the winter version of the largest Drum and Bass festival in the world. Great show in the capital of the Czech Republic (where our team comes from btw.) Prague. Last time we could see here names like Andy C, Wilkinson or Black Sun Empire.
7. Sun And Bass (10.-17. September)
A week-long party on the sunny Sardinian beaches with a 15-year tradition. Can you think of a better vacation idea? Not us. It is difficult to get a ticket and get to the place, but especially for fans of liquids, it is a life experience.
6. Innovation In The Sun (21.-28. June)
Another week full of sun, warm nights, Spanish beaches and girls, drinks and Drum and Bass. This is an Innovation In The Sun festival, as well as an indoor version, focused a lot on jump-ups.
5. Hospitality Weekend In The Woods (17.-18. September)
After Hospitality In The Park and Hospitality On The Beach, Hospitality In The Park awaits us this year. A festival with a unique atmosphere in a private forest setting south of London. Some of the previous or announced line-ups contained names as Metrik, A.M.C, Delta Heavy, Tantrum Desire, Noisia and Netsky!
4. Hospitality On The Beach (1.-7. June)
The most popular Balkan Drum and Bass festival. Another opportunity to experience a rave with sand underfoot and the sea behind. Some of the previous or announced line-ups contain names as Andy C, Noisia, Camo & Krooked, A.M.C, Black Sun Empire, Dimension, Mefjus and many others on several stages.
3. Liquicity (15.-17. July)
The largest liquid festival in the world organized by the label of the same name. However, we will also find other genres here and it is the largest party we can find in the Netherlands. This year with stars like Andromedik, Polygon, Telomic...
2. Rampage (18.-20. March)
The main festival of a series of smaller Rampage festival, taking place in Antwerp, Belgium. A weekend full of Drum and Bass of all genres, including harder ones.
1. Let It Roll (4.-6. August)
The biggest and best. Such is the legendary Let It Roll festival, taking place in the Czech Republic. Three days full of the best Drum and Bass with a massive lineup. Gydra, Pendulum, Dimension, Hybrid Minds, Teddy Killerz and many other DJs in a country where people love DnB. Bonus: Boomtown (10.-14. August)
A unique and very creative festival, different from all the others. That is Boomtown, the only multi-genre festival in our rankings, where Drum and Bass plays a key role. A special but very interesting experience for several days, which is however already sold out.
